Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. No Internation al shipping at this time.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Austin area. For orders under $100 we charge $5 for local delivery. Local deliveries are made from 8am-noon on Monday- Saturday.  We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at the1freckledoctopus@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
